Please could someone explain what the credit for this offer shows up on your account and bills.  I am eligible and did all the correct things to sign up for it, but 10 months in I cannot see any credit.

Also, I am still paying.0.14p instead of 0.7p per kwh.

Is anyone else having issues with this?

Thank you

Hey @HilaryJane ,

Sounds like something isn’t quite set up right! Please reach out to the team to have this looked into:

The free miles should be applied as a single credit of 10,000 miles (about £200 I think) applied for three years annually on the anniversary of your sign up - check back on your bills to see if it’s been applied anywhere.

The charging costs will appear incorrect in the app, but there should be two credits on your bill.  One is labelled ‘charge anytime credit’, this takes the cost down to 14p per kWh. The second is labelled ‘charge anytime credit adjustment’ and that takes the cost from 14p down to 7p.

If you’re not seeing both credits, there’s something wrong as Blastoise said.

Hey @HilaryJane

I’m glad to see a couple of our community members have already stopped by with some really helpful advice on this.

As Blastoise186 suggested, it sounds as though something may not have been set up correctly. I’d definitely recommend getting in touch with the Charge Anytime team so they can have a look, and correct this if necessary. This isn’t something we have access to here at the Forum so you’ll need to get in touch with the team so they can help out with this.

Do let us know how you get on with this.
