VW ID.7, Ohme Pro & Charge Anytime

Struggling with getting my car to charge without having to go out, unplug and replug then keep monitoring the app.

Ohme account deleted, integration to OVO Charge done (have deleted connection & app then reinstalled & connected)

This is our only car currently so need to be able to rely on it charging.

Any help??

Edit to add: I'm using the Ovo Charge app not the Anytime app

Charge Anytime is designed to help you charge your electric vehicle when the grid is at its greenest! That means it might not begin charging right away, and that’s completely okay. To make the most of Charge Anytime, just set a “ready by” time for when you need your car charged, plug it in, and let it take care of the rest. Sometimes people manually intervene in the charging schedule believing that it's not charging and that causese issues with the scheduling.

 

If you’re already doing this and have tried unplugging and reconnecting your vehicle but are still having trouble. Just reach out to our Charge Anytime team for troubleshooting support. You can give them a call at 0330 175 9678 (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM) or send them an email at chargeanytime@ovo.com. They'll be happy to talk through things with you.
