Upgraded app to v2.2.0 & now having issues?

Just updated app to 2.2.0. Was working yesterday without problem. Today the app says I am charging away from home (I’m not) and does not show anything on the dial (it did yesterday). Anyone else having problems? - That said it has just charged to maximum.

12hrs later and all seems to have resolved itself. Might be that I upgraded the app whilst the car was charging (no warning not to do so).

Download the OVO Charge app from the App Store or Google Play.

Sorry to hear the trouble there. I don’t think it’d be the app update itself that would cause that, but I can’t say for sure.

What I would suggest however, is letting the team know so they can dig deeper. You can reach them on 0330 175 9678 or chargeanytime@ovo.com .
