Unable to add second EV (Hyundai Inster) in Ovo Charge app

We are using Charge Anytime Pay as You Go to charge our Skoda Kodiaq (connected to the car, as our charger isn’t compatible).

We want to add our Hyundai Inster, which I’m aware is in Beta testing. After pressing the “connect another vehicle” button I’m able to select Hyundai, Inster, and the year of manufacture in the dropdowns. But then on pressing the “Continue” button nothing happens - as though the button is inactive. I have tried multiple times.

Is it not possible to add a vehicle that’s in beta testing, or is this a problem with the app?

Hey @Snuggles,

Welcome to the community! 🎉 I’m excited to let you know that I’ve added an EV badge to your profile to show that you’re part of our awesome EV community!

I heard back from the Charge Anytime development team, and they’ve fixed the issue you mentioned in a new app update. Could you please check if you have version 4.4.2 installed? If you’re already on that version and are still facing any problems, just let me know, and I’ll be happy to reach out to them for you.

Thank you! As it happens my app updated overnight to version 4.4.2 and I was able to add the Inster this morning. 😊
