Smart charge app not updating activity over the weekend, why?

Morning ​@Taj,

 

Charge Anytime have advised:

 

Best to check if the Indra charger is online as, if it isn't, we wont be able to communicate with it. You can check this by looking at the Indra app or speaking with Indra directly. If the charger is online, you should remove it from the app and re add it to see if that works. If it isn't, we will need to contact Kaluza so he will need to call/email in to us

 

Try following these steps, and reach out to Charge Anytime if the charger isn’t online. Let us know how it goes and, just to let you know if you didn’t already - Kaluza is our external Tech team.
