Removed the Charge Anytime add on- Now won't re-link to my new Ohme account?

Maybe someone has some experience and can help.

I had charge anytime on my account linked to my Ohme pro. It was working fine and I was getting credit.

one thing that annoyed me with Ohme was the the car info wasn’t correct. So battery capacity and mileage. So spoke to Ohme and they added the car with correct info. However they had a big what’re you couldn’t change car. The only way to get around this was to delete my Ohme account and set up another. Which solved that problem.

as part of this I realised I would need to remove the charge anytime add on and then re link to my new Ohme account.

and of course ever since I havnt received any credit and I don’t know the fix for this now.

I have deleted all schedules on Ohme and re set up.

I have removed the charge anytime add on again and re linked but have not been able to get back to getting credit.

have sent info to OVO however said it can be up to 14 days for Somone to look.

so any bright ideas???

From 15 July Ohme chargers will no longer be compatible with Charge Anytime. We’ve recently updated the technology behind Charge Anytime. This is so we can keep making improvements and create new products that reward customers for driving EVs.

It's not been possible to integrate Ohme with this new technology. If you have an Ohme charger you’ll still be able to sign up to Charge Anytime by connecting with an eligible vehicle. We’re constantly looking to open up the eligibility to more EV models so if you don’t see your EV here, keep an eye on our page.

You can see all eligibility details in our Charge Anytime page here.

I think I can provide that. As a systems admin myself, I have a bit of understanding here. Obviously, I’m not a crystal ball though and I can’t promise that I’m 100% correct.

If memory serves, someone at OVO/Kaluza needs to go in and reset your entire Charge Anytime account in a way that lets you set things up again. It’s not always as easy as just pressing one button, they probably need to do a bunch of checks as well.

Hiya!

Did you send an email to smarthome@ovoenergy.com ? If not, that’d be the place to go. If you have, then I’m afraid forum volunteers like myself can’t speed things up - please hang in there, someone will be in touch when they can.

Ah ok. No that’s fair and good info.

I don’t mind as long as there’s potential for it to be fixed.
it’s weird because it must be connected in some way as OVO can get the car information.
But Ohme is not receiving tariff info once connected which it did the first time when it worked.
it’s just in a weird connected but not connected state.

but thanks for your help.
