Anyone else unable to log in to the Ovo Charge App this morning using either mobile number or email?

Yes. And I was in the middle of a charge so not sure I'll be credited for it as the app stopped working in the middle of the night I think. Very annoying and I would like to think I'll be credited for the charge, but let's see..........

Same here. App updated to 4.4.1 last night and I can’t seem to access anything

Having the same issue app updated to 4.4.1 last night and now it keeps erroring, thought it was my Internet by obviously not

Logged back in via mobile number and last night's charge is showing. All good.

@mdanhieux Thanks so much for the update! The teams mentioned they noticed a bit of instability after the update, but it cleared up pretty quickly on our end. I'm really glad to hear that it sounds like everything is running smoothly for you!

 

Just a quick question from the team: when you say you “logged back in,” do you usually sign out of the app when you’re not using it and then sign back in when you want to use it?

@Chris_OVO - I never normally log out. And at the moment my account details don't show any username, name, or email address. So it looks like a lot of data has reset. But it does have the correct link to my OVO account number. 


Seems to be problematic again. I had same problems this AM, eventually let me login in again. Now it just wont load, stuck on green background with ovo logo

Mine did the same but based on previous experience, as I didn’t really need to use it right there and then, I left it alone - when I tried it again yesterday, it was all back online as if nothing had ever happened.

I think generally speaking when the app has these sorts of issues, if you can, it’s best to leave it alone and try again later - especially so if it appears other people are having issues. If you start logging out, relogging in, reconnecting vehicles etc. you stand to create as many issues as you solve.

Thanks ​@divinemadness, and I’m glad yours is working as it should be now.

 

I like to recommend that customers have their apps set to auto-update (this is done via ‘settings’ on your device). This means that you’ll always have the latest app version, which can mean the OVO app, and the Charge app, will run more smoothly.
