Anyone else's charge history/savings vanished completely from the ‘new’ Ovo Charge app?
Seems like it gone from quite a few peoples app history, with some users also reporting they don't get any charge credit for last nights charging.
The old app seems to still have Septembers history intact, only seems to have affected the newer Ovo Charge app.
Would be good to get an update on what's happening from Ovo.

I’m glad to hear that the data has returned, and many thanks for keeping us updated on the Forum as always - very much appreciated. Hopefully this won’t happen again and was a momentary teething issue. If you could keep us abreast of any other issues you see that would be great!

All my data remains in the old Charge Anytime app
