Has anyone noticed that the billing details has an entry for OVO Charge Anytime that is always zero, and another entry for Charge Anytime Credit that shows the savings on the EV tariff?
I assume that the OVO Charge Anytime needs to be removed since it was replaced with OVO Charge.

For example:

Charge Anytime Credit
-£20.15
VAT 5% of £99.90
£5.00
Power Move
-£2.00
Power Move Subscription (includes VAT)
£0.00
OVO Charge Anytime
£0.00
Total -£17.15

Actually, this looks correct to me!

The OVO Charge Anytime entry is for the Add-On itself and basically just tells the system you have it active. You can ignore it because like the Power Move Subscription one, it won’t actually do anything to the bill directly - basically just has to be that way because of how the system works.

It’s a bit like with my EE account to give another example:

Another example of “free” Add-Ons

These Add-Ons appear as line items on my bill over there, but they’re zeroed out in terms of cost and the main reason they show up at all is just to enable the system to do what it should i.e. make the features available to me.

It’s one of those if it ain’t broke don’t fix it things!

I guess that makes sense, but it would be better if it said “FREE” rather than just showing zero cost. I’ve seen people posting on Facebook that they think they’ve not received their Anytime credits.

@HangNail999 thanks for raising this, and @Blastoise186 thanks for your concise answer here.

@Blastoise186 is possibly correct in what he’s saying, however I agree that the way this is laid out is confusing. I’ll relay this back to the team - hopefully they might be able to change it.

Cheers both!

@HangNail999 just to let you know, it might be that that this is actually down to an error, and our EV teams are looking into this currently.

Thanks again for flagging this!
