Ohme Epod refusing to smart charge

Has the cutoff happened early?  Ever since yesterday my Ohme EPod refuses to smart charge. All I get it “unable to connect, offline”. It isn’t, green icon showing and when I kill the power at the trip the app knows instantly. So it’s obvious that it’s online.

All I can get is Max Charge now.   Rebooted it countless times.  Anytime still shows in Tariff.

Any ideas??  Thanks.

My Ohme epod went offline about a week ago…. Does not even realise my car is plugged in so been unable to charge at all.

Raised a ticket with Ohme and then phoned everyday for an update. Some Ohme team much more helpful than others. Engineer coming on Tues

This sounds like an issue on the Ohme side to me - the integration with them works mostly on their end. I’d suggest you have a word with their team.

Hey @Crumlin

Sorry to hear about this, have you raised this with Ohme to look into?  @Smurfarama has left a helpful reply as it sounds like they’re in a similar boat. Hopefully they’re able to fix that.🤞🏻

I’d definitely recommend having a word with Ohme about this, Crumlin. You can check out their help page here.

Let us know how you get on.
