Hi, we have a 2025 Mercedes EQA 250+ and a 2021 Mercedes A250e with the Ohme home pro charger. All has worked well until today. There is an issue when it goes through the process to connect where it is now saying we have to agree to terms and conditions? I can’t find where the terms and conditions place is to agree? We haven’t unagreed anything. Has anyone else had this issue and found the workaround? I have attached a screenshot of the issue that so far is pre ending the charge anytime. We can charge at full price per kWh but am hoping there is a fix?

I think I have resolved the issue. I got into Mercedes Me by phone and asked where the terms and conditions were found on the Mercedes me app. They directed me over the phone and they were all ticked as accepted. I unticked everything and saved them reticked them all and saved, went into OVO app and all appears to be working as before again. I will update once I have successfully smart charged one of the vehicles. Thanks for the replies and advice.
As a quick update. I’m able to smart charge as normal. Thanks again
You probably just need to log into your Mercedes/Mercedes Me account on the web, accept the updated T&C there and then try the process again - that usually solves this one.
If that doesn’t work out, let the team know - 0330 175 9678 and they’ll take a look.
Thanks for the reply. I have logged onto my account on the Mercedes website and there are no new terms and conditions that I need to sign on there? All my info seems correct still as well. I have message Mercedes on there seeing if they can shed any light on it?
