I just wanted to post to help people work out how to charge with solar or not.  If you want to charge with solar just put a really long schedule to finish time and the ovo charge anytime app selects super eco where just solar is used.

Although I am not sure I would recommend this as there is an opportunity cost, I am being paid via my feed in tariff about 25p per kWh and as such it makes and as ovo charge 7p, it is actually going to cost you money to use the solar at that Ovo rate.  In this case I would charge overnight to ensure the solar is not used at all and you are only paying 7p per kWh to charge your vehicle.

I hope this helps.

@lismur You make a very good point. Using solar to replace cheap electricity is a waste of resources.

What I've come to realise is that every tech setup is practically unique because it not only depends on the tech you have but also your unique circumstances (the amount of power you use and when you use it) and how you make it work for you.
