I got an email from Ovo asking me to take part in a review of the new upcoming app. Concerning they were not interested in customers that had the Ohme or Indra chargers….as Ohme was de-supported recently I wonder if the Indra chargers are next!?

From 15 July 2025 Ohme chargers are no longer compatible with Charge Anytime. We’ve recently updated the technology behind Charge Anytime. This is so we can keep making improvements and create new products that reward customers for driving EVs.

It's not been possible to integrate Ohme with this new technology. If you have an Ohme charger you’ll still be able to sign up to Charge Anytime by connecting with an eligible vehicle. We’re constantly looking to open up the eligibility to more EV models so if you don’t see your EV here, keep an eye on our page.

You can see all eligibility details in our Charge Anytime page here.

AFAIK all other chargers qualify for this trial.

I think you’ll find that it was Ohme who pulled the plug on the collaboration needed to continue their inclusion.

As for Indra, their control is now accessed by the Indra app as far as I’m aware and that would suggest that there’s limited reason for OVO to understand Indra users preferences

If you talk to Ohme they tell a different story  :- )

Newbie Q but I thought the Ovo app had to talk to the Indra app to instruct the charger on when to charge the vehicle?

I’m sure they do ;-)

That’s background though isn’t it - not much users can help with there?

Just interesting they only chose those 2 chargers and not any of the other chargers?
