My charge anytime app has stopped updating direct to the car.

Still not working after turning the phone off and on a few times.

What shall I do next?

In the meantime can you confirm that you’ve turned off scheduled charging via your EV app? What are you seeing on the Charge Anytime app when you try and set a charging schedule?
