Leaving OVO and hypervolt charger

I've recently switched suppliers but my Hypervolt charger needs me to remove the schedule from the OVO app. The OVO app looks to have removed me from the plan already. What do I do?

Hi ​@MrsL-C ,

You need to delete your account (or at least the Charger!) via the OVO Charge app to start the flow.

After that, contact Hypervolt and they can do the rest. 0333 090 3093 should do the trick.

The OVO charge app has changed and wants me to run through set up all  almost like it’s logged mr out but still lists my account in the settings   

When I open it wants time to check eligibility and when I head to devices says none

Looked again I can delete the account from the app but the device isn’t listed to remove.Â
