So I recently got my home charger installed. It's a Project EV Apex, not on OVOs list of directly supported chargers, however I have a 2023 BMW i4 which is.
The experience so far has been abysmal, never had more that 14kwh go into the car via smart charge. It changes the cars schedule to be ready for 4 days time and in the bmw app the charging status is just stopped not paused.Â

Is anyone else having issues with their BMW? I really hope there's just a setting I need updating or something because this is the worst app I've ever used.

I’ve not seen this recently, so I’d suggest checking in with the Charge Anytime team on 0330 175 9678 as they’ll need to dig the logs to figure out what’s going on.
