Itâs worth noting that in some cases, Charge Anytime will pause charging mid-session and pick it back up later in the day - this is by design and fully intentional.
HoweverâĤÂ Your case sounds like one that the Charge Anytime team will definitely want to dig the logs for. Please call them tomorrow on 0330 175 9678Â Option 2 and theyâll take a look. Donât call the regular OVO Support numbers - this is something the Charge Anytime team needs to review!
I had precisely this issue charging my Kona EV by reference to the vehicle.
The OVO techies advised me that Charge Anytime for the Kona is in Beta testing.
I resolved it by purchasing through OVO an Indra Charger. The benefits of a stable charge at 7p per kWh far outweighs the hassle of repeated mis charges
