Recently renewed our contract for the 3rd year and just noticed that we are no longer receiving our charge anytime credit. Ive emailed support, just wanted to check if this has happened to anyone else and if they had any problems getting it sorted.

Have you managed to contact the Charge Anytime team following
That… Shouldn’t happen… Unless you cancelled the Direct Debit, knocked out the Smart Meter or your setup isn’t reporting in properly, switching tariff should maintain Charge Anytime support.
Try 0330 175 9678 on Monday - that team will be able to help you.
Let us know what they say - hopefully a quick fix!
