The general advice @gnmills has been only to use the Charge Anytime app as there can be conflicts. 

That is unless you have a smart charger when its own app takes control. 

Thanks @BPLightlog But if you follow the first set up tutorial, it says “….Finally, the app will ask you for your vehicle manufacturer’s app username and password” so it’s impossible to not run the two apps together. Or am I missing something?!

You need to disable ALL schedules in the MyAudi app - but the instruction the CA app gives you during setup are the ones you need to follow, including logging into MyAudi.

Your log in to your vehicle app gives access permission to charge anytime for control. But then don’t use the vehicle app as Blastoise mentions 

Thanks @Blastoise186 I do disable all the timers in MyAudi but then soon after, it just puts in another random time (which overwrites the CA instructions)

No. That won’t help - I think you need to talk to the team.

Thanks all for your advice  (I have had more interest shown in this forum here, than when I contacted audi and Ovo previously!)

I have discovered if I set car to immediate charge (in the car NOT via the MyAudi app) and then set charge times on CA then I need to reset less frequently. Time will tell!
