charger not connected

Been charging for5 months everything working now this happened. Charger seems not to connect, I’ve tried all sorts and can’t get it connected, even tried to connect just the car but getting nowhere

Hi ​@Antperkins  - from the screenshot you’ve posted it looks like you’re using the Ovo app, but my understanding is if you’re working it through your charger you don’t need the app, you can do everything via Hypervolt.

 

Maybe try uninstalling everything, and then setting it all up again following this guidance:
