Thanks 👍

Hi @louix31 ,

To get the cheap rates, you’ll need to use the Charge app if you’re going via the EV.

What EV/Charger do you have?

Then yes, you will want to migrate. Please start from the Indra Web App if you’ve been using that. You can then migrate the Charger over to the Charge app via the Indra mobile app.

If you were connected direct to the Volvo, no action is required.

Ok, try calling the team on Monday - 01684 770 631 for Indra and 0330 175 9678 for OVO Charge Anytime.

Not used home charger lately now find I cannot do a scheduled charge i.e. overnight midnight till 6.00am. to benefit from Charge Anytime rates. Does Not Charge at all looks like its going to but nothing. Up until the start of this thread I was just using only the Volvo app without any problems getting anytime rates on my account. installed Indra and CA apps set them up as told and now I can only do Boost charges.  Says cannot link accounts on Volvo app.

Charge anytime app OK

Which app should I be using ??

Hey @louix31,

You only need to download and use the Charge app from the App Store or Google Playif you have:

  • Solar panels and a Hypervolt charger

  • A Volvo EV that’s not eligible for the promo, but is still Charge Anytime compatible

  • An additional non-Volvo EV you want to use Charge Anytime with.

If you don’t meet any of the points above then you should be using the Volvo app. The Charge Anytime team will be back in the office tomorrow you can give them a call on 0330 175 9678 and selecting option 2 for existing customers.

I added a badge to your profile to show you’re part of our EV community!

Note: If you have solar panels and an Indra charger, please use the Indra app to charge.
