Already linked with Volvo App. No problems with charging or setting schedule.

Will I need to change to the Charge Anytime App before May 8th

To get the cheap rates, you’ll need to use the Charge Anytime app if you’re going via the EV.

What EV/Charger do you have?


Indra Smart pro - Already have charge anytime and cheap rates


Then yes, you will want to migrate. Please start from the Indra Web App if you’ve been using that. You can then migrate the Charger over to the CA app via the Indra mobile app.

If you were connected direct to the Volvo, no action is required.

Cannot link Charger with OVO as no available charger found

 

I was stood right next to it, it is linked with the Volvo app and OVO


Ok, try calling the team on Monday - 01684 770 631 for Indra and 0330 175 9678 for OVO Charge Anytime.

Managed to get linked, late Saturday afternoon, had to add the charger fresh, working through the CA app and Volvo app .
