I have followed the instructions to remove the Ohme element of charging my car and doing this directly to my car (Mercedes Benz EQC). Everything went fine and now the Ovo Charge Anytime App shows teh charging and also reports savings.

Part of the instructions was to go into Ovo Energy App and remove the exisitig Charge Anytime ‘benefit’. Since I moved over to the car direct charge this option has not returned. Is this correct? I am concerned that any credit will not be charged back to my account.

Maybe if it is correct then the instructions to swap from Ohme could reflect this.

Hi @archercj ,

That functionality has moved to the Charge Anytime app if you’ve migrated over to that.

OVO will still know what credits you earned whilst on Ohme - these will be applied as usual in the next month or so.

Download the OVO Charge app from the App Store or Google Play.
