Hi, I have a Skoda Enyaq company car which I took possession of in March 2025. I have been able to find anywhere to enter the order number to receive the free mileage.

Now with this new flat rate I'm even more confused? If you're car is from the Volkswagen group can you still on the old Charge anytime tariff?

Hey @cyrustom

I checked in with the team, but they’ll also email back. You don’t need to do anything at all, it will just apply.

Hey @cyrustom ,

You’ll need to email chargeanytime@ovo.com for this one - they’ll help you out.

Morning @cyrustom, I hope you had a good weekend.

Let us know if you hear back from Charge Anytime, or whether you need any more assistance.

Cheers!

Is it a company car as in it was provided by the company, or as in you get a car allowance and then you’ve bought the car separately? Could be a question as to eligibility if you didn’t actually buy the car.

You may also need to check the terms and conditions as it’s been six months since you got your car and there is a chance that the offer is time-bound.

Either way, hope you get it sorted.

Cheers, I've emailed them the details and they never got back to me. When I spoke to someone on the phone they didn't have a clue. Hopefully they will this time

Morning @cyrustom,

I reached out to the team internally and they’ve confirmed that You’ll still get the 7p/kwh rate, as we’re continuing for Volkswagen Group and Volvo.

Regarding the free miles, you should have been asked to enter the order number when going through the eligibility checker. If not, you can fill out this form.

I hope this helps!

Cool, really appreciate that. So I don't need to do anything? I've still not heard back from the email I sent, same as all the other times. Thanks again

So finally got a response which didn't answer my question. So I phoned OVO to be told NO I would not be automatically charged 7p but will be moving up to new rate! It only applies if you have claimed the free miles..which I hopefully have done as getting the SLI number was a pain. Now I'm told that can take 2 weeks to confirm.....in which time I'm going to be charged 14p kWh and maybe I will or won't be refunded. Shambles. Might just move to octopus

Tesla vehicles do NOT qualify for the 7p rate
