Charge Anytime app not recording charge activity

Hello, I've recently had a hypervolt 3 pro installed and I've got it connected up to the charge anytime app, which is now controlling the charging schedules. However, whilst it shows when the car is charging on the app, after the car has charged there is no record of it at all. If I go to they hypervolt app all the charges are listed on there, but on the OVO app my October activity is showing as 0. Does anyone have any ideas on what might be causing it?

Just to confirm, there’s a wider issue going on at the moment with the charging data. Our Tech team are aware of this, and it should be fixed within the next few days.

For this one… Try 0330 175 9678 as the team might be able to rebuild the data manually.

​@jpk3lly i presume you know that credit is added the month following usage?

​@BPLightlog I do know that yes, but does it not have to log the charging sessions for ovo to know what to credit back?

I wonder if it’s to do with the update being rolled out

Sorry to hear you’ve been having some trouble with charging, though I’m glad to see a couple of our community members have already stopped by with some really helpful advice.

 

If you’ve not done so already, I’d also recommend reaching out to the Charge Anytime team for some support on this so they can take a look on their side.

I just wanted to check in and see if those charging periods have shown up in the app yet or if the team were able to shed any light with you on this?

Hey sorry yes they did, I downloaded the old charge anytime app and they were on there, then on 1st November it started working on the OVO charge app.

My OVO Charge app shows it is currently in use but recording as its Friday 14th November. I also didnt track anything for the weekend which I did use and therefore is missing.
