Charge Anytime and switching app to new iphone

Hi. I’ve just acquired a new iphone but my Charge Anytime app won’t recognise my email address and/or password on the new device. I’ve tried countless combinations but nothing works. Has anyone any advice please or encountered a similar problem?

Ping an email to chargeanytime@ovo.com for this. They’ll help you out!

But also try a password reset first - you might get lucky!

 

You can also contact the Charge Anytime team via phone on 0330 175 9678 (Option 1 new customers/option 2 existing customers) or via Webchat - click the link, then the green chat icon at the bottom right of the page.
