Charge Anytime and switching app to new iphone

Hi. I’ve just acquired a new iphone but my Charge Anytime app won’t recognise my email address and/or password on the new device. I’ve tried countless combinations but nothing works. Has anyone any advice please or encountered a similar problem?

Ping an email to chargeanytime@ovo.com for this. They’ll help you out!

But also try a password reset first - you might get lucky!
