Andersen A2 not working with Charge Anytime

Hi

I have an Anderson A2 charge point (240 serial number), that was installed the other day. It was working as a dumb charger. I have tried to connect to charge anytime, but it gave an error during the connection after I logged into my Andersen account via the charge anytime app and selected my charger serial number. 

 

Unfortunately, I have now been logged out of the Anderson app and I cannot add the charger anymore. It just keep looping and asking to scan the QR code for the charger.

 

Is this charger compatible with Charge anytime?

Yup! Get Andersen’s help to get you back into the charger app and then call 0330 175 9678 to resolve the rest. They’ve got you!
