Smart Meter readings two days behind!

Why are the meter readings in my account 2 days behind? I thought I should be able to see my usage in real time? Thanks

There have been a lot of problems with usage data for the past couple of weeks, both with retrieving readings from DCC and with displaying the charts at the website and on the app. My daily readings are coming through later than usual, and there are no usage data for March at all. However, there are half-hourly usage figures on the Day pages. It’s all a bit of a mess, but it should come right in a few days.
