Does anyone know when Nissan Ariya will be added to the Charge Anytime list of vehicles.?

There are now two ways you can get Charge Anytime:

You must have an eligible EV or Smart Charger, we’re constantly looking into ways to broaden eligibility of this product so if your technology isn’t currently on this list keep an eye on our page for updates!

Hey @cmccullie and @Ariya401,

Thanks for your patience,

I can confirm we're working on adding more vehicles all the time, unfortunately ,I'm not sure as to what the obstacles are with specific manufacturers and any timeframes for resolution on those. I wouldn't have thought there's much we're able to share with customers in that respect, so I’d say it’s unlikely we’d be releasing a roadmap for this.

If you complete the eligibility checks in your OVO Energy online account we'll be in touch to inform you once we can offer Charge Anytime for your vehicles.

I feel like a stuck record but don’t hold your breath, I have been waiting over 6 months for Land Rover to be added to charge anytime list, the JLR Jaguar which is the same technology as the LR Discovery is there so what’s the problem.

Hey @Ariya401,

I know that the team are working on getting more and more vehicles added to Charge Anytime eligibility. I’ll ask the team if there is any update in regards to the Nissan Ariya and get back to you.
