Hi,

I want to connect my Geo Trio II to my phone app. In the online settings it should give a secure code. But it keeps on loading. I have an account in the app and the connection with the meter is working. Connection to internet works fine.

Does someone has an solution?

You’ll probably need to chat to Geo about that directly I’m afraid. It’s tricky for us to advise here.
