How to access emergency credit on your meter via your Smart Energy Tracker

 

In this short video we'll show you how to access emergency credit on your Smart Energy Tracker. This makes sure your home has electricity or gas until you're able to top-up. 

 

Please remember that any emergency credit used will need to be paid back and this will be taken from your next top-up.
