How to access emergency credit on your Aclara electricity meter

 

In this short video we'll show you how to access emergency credit on your Aclara second generation (SMETS2) electricity smart meter. This makes sure your home has gas until you're able to top-up. 

 

Please remember that any emergency credit used will need to be paid back and this will be taken from your next top-up.
