Please suggest how to go about reading when meter reading go beyond 99999.
for example my pervous month reading was (11 Dec): 99944
this month 3rd Jan: 00276. In this case while updating the meter reading how should take this ahead.
Please suggest.

Sounds like your meter’s clocked over.
Â
When a traditional meter goes beyond 9999, it will start again from 0000. Don’t worry, your online account or OVO app (download for Android or iOS) will still accept this lower reading and will be able to calculate your usage, factoring in the fact that the meter’s gone around the clock.
