Do I need different sign in details for OVO Energy online and OVO forum?
I have sign in details for Ovo Forum but when I try to sign in to Ovo account, it says wrong details so my question is do I need 2 sets of sign in details? thanks.

Hi
Yes you do. They’re separate systems so you have to set up different login details. There are plans to make it possible to use one set for both in the future though.
To log into your OVO online account you need to:
- Visit https://my.ovoenergy.com/login
- Click ‘set up account’
- Enter your email address when prompted
- You’ll be sent an email containing a link to set a new password
- Once you’ve set a new password you’ll have access to the online account
- You can then download and log into the app with the same email address and password
