Hi,

My two storage heaters have stopped working ssimultaneously. There is nothing tripped and I think the problem miught be with the meter.

It’s a multi-rate meter that looks like this:

Is this something I can easily reset myself?

I’m afraid you can’t self-reset that. It’s possibly dead so you’ll need to contact OVO in the morning via the options at https://ovoenergy.com/help as they’ll need to arrange for it to be replaced.

Thanks for that - I was hoping that it would be a relatively simple job as eveything else is working. Never mind!

No worries. Your meter is due for replacement soon anyway so it might as well just be done now.

I had my THTC and Anytime meters replaced in December with one  smart meter and the Economy 10 tariff.

Does E10 tariff apply to all electricity used in the home? 

My readings are yet to be reflected in an updated bill (my last bill for December - January only showed the standing charge!)

Hey ​@Tigerlily ,

Yup! Unlike stuff like THTC, Economy 10 applies the same rate to EVERYTHING at once regardless of what it is. To get the most out of it, make sure to plan ahead and be strategic about heavy usage. :)

As for the meter readings, I suspect your account is still being updated - check again in two weeks time and it should be done then. If not, please let OVO Support know.
