I spotted an issue with the wording of a tariff how do I flag this to be corrected?

It looks like it’s just the wording that needs correcting so hopefully that can be fixed soon.

Hi all, on the ovo tariff page the 2 year fixed deal then states 1 year fixed plan? The tariff details states 2 year fixed, plan duration 12months?. Can anyone explain. Thanks.

Hi, yes very odd, i'm not an ovo customer at present, i'm in process of changing providers so looking for new deal, got through to ovo but person on line dosen't have a clue, thought it might be a scam site, she actually said you can't change tariffs online, obviously hasn't heard of compare the market etc. I'll try a comparison site, but thanks for your help and time.

Hi Abby,

I signed up today through a comparison site on line. You may want to inform the lady I spoke to on the phone that you can use a comparison site to change supplier, and as a side issue the line was terrible. The comparison site tariff details didn’t have the contradictory information that was on your site.
