We left OVO at the end of last week but I now seem to be stuck with the OVO Anytime tarrff configured on my Ohme ePod charger.

I’ve called Ohme, who say I need to speak to OVO, who say I need to speak to Ohme - it seems neither is sure how to remove the tariff, so I can go ahead and set up a new tariff with my new supplier.

Has anyone here experienced this before, or know how to get this resolved?

(Until its fixed I fear I’m either not going to be able to charge my EV at home at all, or wont be able to get the best rates from my new supplier)

Hi @Millwardt ,

I’ve just had a chat with the Charge Anytime team at OVO. It sounds like Ohme is messing up here as they do have the ability to disconnect your charger from OVO’s system. Please call Ohme again and remind them that they’re responsible for disconnecting ex-OVO customers.

I’ve asked the team to give Ohme a heads up about this and they’ve agreed to remind Ohme that OVO isn’t responsible for this task anymore - they’re on it so give them a day or two and try again.

Thank you for your help!

Hi @Millwardt,

It seems our forum volunteer has already given some good advice here.

Have you been able to get this sorted?

I have thank you! Another member of the call centre staff at Ovo had a workaround of deleting my Ohme account which clears the tarriff.  You do lose the records of past usage but that didn’t worry me.  I’m all up and running with my new supplier.

Hi @Millwardt,

That’s great. I’m happy to hear that this has been sorted for you.
