We have a ford kuga 2022 phev, we have signed up for the charge anytime, however when we try to charge the car it doesn't ever charge properly and causes the vehicle to not power up fully in the morning until left for a while, we have tried to uninstall and reinstall the charge anytime but it still doesn't charge properly.

Car charges fine without the charge anytime app.

We have a pod point charger and smart meter. Does anyone have any ideas please?

Hi @Econnors1109 , looking at compatible EV’s the 2020 Kuga is listed so it’s just possible that they have changed the firmware since then and the version will be important for Charge Anytime to connect.
In this situation, it may be best to enquire of the tech team chargeanytime@ovoenergy.com.
