Who do I contact about my boiler service?

I was supposed to get my boiler serviced last Friday at 8.30am but they didn't arrive. Allegedly an issue with a gas leak on another job. It is supposed to be now be done tomorrow (Wednesday) but I have no time and they don't seem to want to talk to me.

Anyone else had any issues with the free service?

If the free boiler service was part of the Customer Support Package you can contact CORGI by calling 0330 102 8256.

my pre planned annual boiler service was booked for yesterday and the engineer didnt arrive.

I took the day off work and stayed in - no phone call no nothing i am furious

I’m sorry to hear about it. You may be owed some compensation if you weren’t given at least 24 hours notice of the appointment not going ahead.
