How to get a charging station added to the map?

Hi,

I’m considering to start using OVO for public (AC) charging of my electric car.

But: the public charging station closest to my house, so preferred station to use, is not showing on the map in the OVO app. No idea why, two other stations a little further away from the same operator (TotalEnergies / Greenflux) are shown. It’s definitely not a new station. And it works. It is visible in pretty much every other charging app I have.

How can I get OVO to add this specific charging station to their map/database?

Rough location: The Netherlands, Utrecht, De Meern.

Just had a reply from the team:

Ok, yeah, we do have many units from Greenflux, however some of them might be under a new provider transmission.

We have been told that we will get those in the app at some point, as soon as the transmission is finalised. We do also have an option in the app to request missing chargers.

I will create a ticket for it anyway.

Howdy @vanaalten !

I’d say asking the OVO Charge Anywhere team is probably a good move there. Please bear with me - I’ll see what the best options are. :)

I’ve now also found in the app where to request missing chargers, so I’ve put in a request with all details. Wasn’t aware of this request option until I read your reply. :-)
