Charge Anytime limiting charging below 7 kWh

Forum|alt.badge.img

Has anyone else had trouble with charge anytime limiting charging to the car. A couple of times recently I've set my car to charge overnight, with plenty of time to get to 100%, but when I check at 7am it's not fully charged. When I look in my charger log it's only been charging at 3.5kwh and not the full 7kwh, hence it's not fully charged. Is there a fix for this?

I have an Audi Q4.

Hey @mdanhieux,

I would echo what @NeVeTaS has already said that Charge Anytime mainly controls the stop/start in order to keep charging at the greener times. I’d suggest reaching out to the Charge Anytime team at 0330 175 9678 (existing customers option 2) or chargeanytime@ovo.com. They may be able to shed some light or find a way to help you and if not they can point you in the direction of Audi’s support team. There will be an answer to this it’s just a case of isolating it and finding it! 🙂

CA has no effect on output power, your issue must be elsewhere
