What's the best energy supplier for Kia eNiro and ZAPPI wall smart charger for an EV tariff?

Forum|alt.badge.img

Can anyone please tell me if there is an electricity supplier out there who can accept my Kia eNiro and ZAPPI wall charger for an EV tariff?  As soon as I find one I will be leaving (environmentally conscious) OVO.

You could take a look at this as some Kia are listed

https://octopus.energy/smart/intelligent-octopus/

Or a simple time of use tariff like

https://octopus.energy/smart/go/

Octopus tell me that my set up is incompatible, not specifying whether it’s the car or the ZAPPI  charger (I suspect the latter as their site seems to favour OHME).  Same old story.  Maybe I should have bought myself a petrol guzzling Seat and saved about £10k in the process!

Probably limited to Octopus Go then.

Both Octopus Intelligent and OVO Anytime are very new to market so difficult to tell just how many chargers and vehicles will be added and when.

You could ask Kia and ZAPPI for any information they have.

Hi Jeffus

Thanks.  Octopus tell me that my set up is incompatible, not specifying whether it’s the car or the ZAPPI  charger (I suspect the latter as their site seems to favour OHME).  Same old story.  Maybe I should have bought myself a petrol guzzling Seat and saved about £10k in the process!
