What meter have you got
A smart meter will help as it registers import and export separately
Once you have that sorted, you can register with someone for export (SEG). It doesn’t have to be your current energy supplier.

OK. Just had smart meter fitted completely blank , no working? No signal? Don't need this, one of the reason I was reluctant to have one.. any ideas?

There’s five green lights above the electric meter labelled SW, WAN, MESH, HAN and GAS. Please tell me what each of them are doing.

It’s probably just still commissioning then - the LEDs are indicating normal behaviour by the sounds of things.
