Received my solar tariff cheque as usual but upon paying it in via mobile app it shoes up as a duplicate cheque. I paid it in straight after opening the envelope.

All sorted thanks. Branch accepted it no problem. Seems to be an issue with the banking app (Santander) and it's ability to read cheques that are totally blank on one side.
