Poor signal in north for SMETS2 meter

Hi

I am in the North, my smart meter is in an underground bunker and it doesn’t communicate - is there anything I can do to help it link up?  An aerial maybe

Many thanks Guy

Thanks.

In that case, there are no booster aerials available because you’re in the Northern Territory.

Your options are limited to either waiting for Arqiva to install more Long-Range Radio infrastructure, or moving the meter above ground to improve reception. Not much else I can offer I’m afraid.
