Hi. Is there a way to find out how much ev charging is done whilst generating on solar mode? I have an Indra smart pro and solar panels.

Your charger doesn't know where the electricity is coming from because it isn't linked to your inverter. Some chargers can be set up to monitor the electricity you're exporting and divert it into the car, but yours can't. I think you'd need to link everything up to something like Home Assistant to get the information you're after.
Home Assistant is a piece of software that runs on a Raspberry Pi and allows you to integrate smart devices in your home. If your inverter and charger have HA integrations you could connect them. Then, with a bit of programming you could crunch the data from them to get the info you want. This isn't straightforward as HA isn't an "out of the box" system. It requires some technical and programming skills. But it could be a fun project, if you're that way inclined.
With solar PV installs you can see a variety of components:
Solar Yield ; sometimes split into load/charge/export
Battery charging (where fitted) ; sometimes split into charge/discharge
Feed In / Export (grid monitor)
Consumption
Therefore I can see what the property consumes and where it is generated. Individual feeds inside (or outside) the property would need separate monitor circuits with ct clamps or in circuit devices to report back for recording (I have know people to do this). Without the additional individual circuit monitoring it would not be possible to see what different parts take.
What about your inverter? (Control box) Does it have a nameplate on it?
It’s just if you can find the make, there’s probably an app or at least a website where you might be able to see solar generation and basic use data. Mine is LuxPower and although I have battery storage as well it would track use over the day. For example, yesterday I can see

Showing me before sun up - solar generation (green), battery charging (blue), house consumption (orange) and grid import (red).
I can see peaks and extract any significant switch on .. for example around 9am and again at 10pm, I can see a large draw (electric shower) which is partly powered by solar (morning), battery and the grid providing the excess required. If you had something like this it might give you a degree of information about individual power draws and their source.
There is more detail available in my web feed including power logs every few minutes which give me a good historical record as well
