Is there any Gas Plan alternative please to my ‘2 year Fix and Protect EPG’ paying 10.45 p (vat incl) per KWh & 27.52p (vat incl.) per day Standing charge.
Not keen on having a Smart Meter as part of any deal

This is the Ofgem price cap for those on the default standard variable rate tariff, but you are on a fixed rate tariff so this ofgem price cap won't apply
You can double check what your rates are, and any exit fee, at any time on this page.

Yes my fixed rates ends in August ‘24 with only a £30 exit fee fortunately.
