Can we get prepayment swipe cards delivered to our address

Hi @Christineb and thanks for posting this question. Heads up, I’ve changed this into a question topic, from a ‘feature idea’. 

 

If you’re an OVO PAYG customer, you can request smart meter top up cards from the team, directly through the chat option in the OVO PayPoint App. If your unable to use the chat function please use their direct number: 0330 175 9669.

 

The chat service is available 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday. The phone line is open 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 5pm on Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays.

 

If you’re a Boost Power customer, use online chat found on their homepage.
