Hi, I am due to move in 4 weeks and I’ll submit a final meter reading on the day we move to close my account and produce a final bill. How long after you receive your final bill do you have to pay your outstanding balance as I have in debt. Is it 28 days?

Welcome to the OVO Online Community,
If you’re on a fixed plan and pay via direct debit, your direct debit will continue to be taken until the final bill is cleared.
Customers that choose to pay on receipt of the bill, and are on a variable plan, must clear the bill in full within 14 calendar days of their bill date or it will impact their credit rating and they will start to get collections communications.
