customer now with OVO can’t get logged onto the OVO live site keeps telling me error code or just not loading

That's actually a server crash message. It's not going to be fixed by changing your browser

You’ll still qualify with OVO Live as well. You might have to re-register but it’ll work as long as you’re with OVO or Boost.

You either need to book via that website, or find one of the OVO team on-site when you arrive to redeem the perks on offer.
